Aged 18 months in the bottle, this elegant white sparkling wine is light-bodied and dry, with crisp acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.
Delicate notes of spring flowers and Ukrainian white acacia are complemented by evolving aromas of green apple and a touch of gooseberry from the Aligoté.
Scarcity note: Fewer than 1,400 bottles are available worldwide.
